US Presidential Speeches Tag Cloud

Wednesday, November 8th, 2006 by Insider

Fascinating.
Particularly relevant to those who think tag clouds are destined to the Web 2.0 trash heap.
Make sure to use the slider to look at the changes in rhetoric throughout U.S. history. For example the words “Pagan,” “Sober” and “Breasts” all appeared in John Adams’ speeches but not those of later Presidents.

The second is when some nutcase has put your town up on the web as a target for a […]

For those of you who haven’t been paying attention ABC’s “The Path to 9/11″ miniseries has come under attack by members of the Clinton Administration for factual inaccuracy.
In order to compress 10 years of events into 4 hours the director utilized composite scenes showing a number of failed or aborted […]

Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006 by Chad

The Seattle Times: Local News: Circumcision foes doubt practice can halt AIDS spread
A recent study has shown a correlation between male circumcision and a decrease in the incedence of HIV infection in men.
