		<description>Funny, I don't like Starbucks's coffee and I know a lot of people who don't like it (many of us think it tastes burned), but I don't have a complaint with their service.  Other than the odd bad time you get anywhere you go, I found Starbucks employees generally helpful, bright and attentive.  A *lot* of businesses would do better to follow that path.

I don't go because I don't like their coffee, and there are other outlets (my local coffee house being a prime example) where I can get both service and a product I enjoy.</description>
