I am just wondering how Hugo Chavez is feeling right now? I mean first he loses the President for Life referendum in December, then Exxon says screw you we want our money and freezes $12,000,000,000 in assets and he makes an empty threat not to sell oil to the US, a threat he has to back out on because we are really the only place that can refine the sulfur laden mess from the Orinoco belt, and now this, his closest ally stepping down. He has to be smarting a bit.
