Another legal abuse story to piss you off

Unremorseful Mother of Shooter Seeks $$$
In short:
Son (Daniel Faust) is wanted by police.
Police track him down.
He shoots at the cops and hits (and nearly kills) one.
Cops track him down. He resists and is shot & killed in the process.
Mother (Sandra Faust) sues the cops–including the policeman who her son almost killed.
What’s wrong with this story? Everything.
It gets worse. In a subsequent search of the home of the cop shooter, police found a shotgun, two rifles, several rounds of ammunition and a journal, according to the district attorney’s report. In that journal, Faust had ‘things to do before I die.’ including ’shoot up a car,’ ‘kill a man’ and ‘get shot.’
And there is more, Faust has been identified as the killer of a 2-year old boy in a Taco Bell shooting.
In short, you have a very violent individual who was armed to the teeth and had a to-do list that included killing a man and getting shot. He shot a policeman and (allegedly) killed a 2-year old boy.
He then gets in a shoot out with police and is killed.
The response from his mother? Does she take responsibility for raising a murderous individual who has wreaked havoc on at least two families? No, she finds an ambulance-chasing attorney and sues the police (including the officer who her son shot) for monetary damages of a minimum of $1.2 million.
Her reasoning appears to be that at least 12 cops from at least four different agencies, various DA offices, and others conspired to plant guns in his house, identify him as a baby killer, create a damning “to-do” list in his handwriting, and then provoke him into shooting an officer, all so they could frame her son. That’s one theory. The alternative is that the skank raised a violent criminal and this is her last chance to profit from other people’s misery.
