Whoa Nelson, how does the Boston Strangler know the man behind the pseudonym? This guy probably knows how many foot taps to use for service in an airport bathroom.

Rare? That's beyond Bemonesque. That might be the first and last hand call ever--short of a "Thing" call from the Adams Family and I'm not sure that even counts.

I'm going with a rare "hand" call on Paul Revere. Revere's hand coupled with his portly body type and cherub face is a carbon copy of George Constanza (Jason Alexander). Revere's positioning of his hand is uncanny to the episode where Constanza was a hand model.

Craig, Its obvious you haven't been to Revere in some time. To us Bostonians the phase is: One if by land, Two if by Smell. Nothing like a stroll along Revere Beach in the summer at low tide to get the nasal cavities cleared out. The swimming is great if you don't mind the used medical supplies washing on the beach and some guy named Vinny stealing your soda.

As for a physical comparisons with Jack Black, I tend to agree with Rocky; I like the Belushi "groomed" comparison myself...

Hello Rocky must be wearing his Smoking Jacket and puffing on his Dr Grabow pipe. Rocky Copperfield is trying to divert our attention away from a brilliant call with a few diversionary calls of his own. The body type and wry smile on Jack Black make him a perfect stand-in for Paul Revere. The call is so good that Rocky should be working on a comedic treatment of Paul Revere's life starring Jack Black. We must remember that Paul Revere risked his life so future generations of Americans would be free to make calls: One if by Land and Two if by Sea

The only thing worse than an elistist call maker is a classist call maker. Are you seriously implying that Paul Revere looks like one of the Monkeys? Even th Belushi is rather weak but at least it's in the ballpark. Your Sam Adams call on Black probably works best after drinking a few which is where I presume you made the call in the first place as I noticed the IP address for the person who left this comment was at the "Stick 'N Stein" in El Segundo.

One does not get "appointed" Czar. We seized the title when we realized that both the proletariat and the bourgeoisie were incapable of making sustainable calls. And your misguided Paul Revere call illuminates the shortcomings of the landed class.

A more accurate juxtaposition would be Paul Revere and John Belushi. Even Paul Revere and Mickey Dolenz improves on your effort.

As far as coming up with an historical antecedent for Mr. Black, we prefer brewery icon Samuel Adams.
