More Local News Hijynx: San Francisco Edition
Another day another embarrassment for local news. No, not sleeping with the mayor behind his wife’s back all the while covering him. No, not frolicking with the husband of a newly missing woman in her house, also while covering him. This time it is a local news crew from San Francisco being cuffed and taken away by Sheriff’s deputies.

This bill is being voted on in the senate TODAY!
Public Advocate demonstrates in Washington, DC, protesting the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Protection Act (H.R. 1592), which would grant special rights to homosexuals. This law would add sexual orientation to federal hate crimes statutes.
Watch Teletubby and Moses get arrested at the Capitol while angry bystanders demand the release of the purple teletubby, the “moral fiber of America.” See Public Advocate activists hit the streets with this street theater demonstrating against Ted Kennedy’s Thought Control Bill to give homosexuals special privileges: http://publicadvocateusa.org/

Joe:
Notwithstanding the above spammy comment, the arrest had something to do with the news crew filming a brush fire and not leaving the area after being told to do so by the Sheriffs Dept. I believe that the film crew has the law on their side (so to speak) but in watching the guys be arrested they (news crew) looked like a couple of a-holes who were pleased to get a little exposure from being arrested.
