Failing to card: Toddler served Margarita in a Sippy Cup; “Happy Hour” not just for Barney anymore

The AP is reporting the story of 2-year-old Julian Mayorga who was served a margarita at an Applebees restaurant despite being 19 years shy of legal drinking age.
His mother Kim noticed that Julian was making funny faces and pushing away the apple juice he had ordered. Mayorga opened the lid of the sippy cup and was hit by the smell of tequila and Triple Sec.
The apple juice and margarita mix were stored in identical plastic bottles and Julian was served the margarita by mistake. She said the company has been very apologetic and offered free meals and would change the types of cups it serves alcoholic drinks.
