Woman responsible for “providing personal, social and academic support” to high school students arrested in $2.6 million fraud
Sabrina Walker, 37, is a high school counselor and whose job is to help kids navigate the difficult choices they have to make in life. It is hard to imagine a less qualified individual as she possesses the deadly combination of being incredibly stupid and morally corrupt.
In March, due to a clerical error, Walker received a check from the Department of Human Services for $2.6 million. Instead of returning it, she did what anyone else lacking common sense or moral compass would do. She openly and lavishly spent the money on herself.
Walker and her now former-boyfriend immediately” spent $5,500 on jewelry, $3,817 at Best Buy, $2,069 on limousine services. Walker also bought a nearly $35,000 Chrysler Crossfire coupe and a 1969 Buick Electra for $5,400. Then after receiving a phone call demanding that she return the money she bought not one, but two Range Rovers.
She was arrested and now awaits trial.
One can only wonder what advice she has given kids over the years.
Here’s an article tip for Walker, money that is not earned (including money gotten via fraud) does not bring happiness.
