LA Gang Crime: Whose Problem?
Heard today on NPR’s “All Things Considered:” Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa made the following points within about two minutes.
- LA is the most underpoliced big city in the United States
- LA has a large gang problem
Wait for it …
- the federal government should help.
Sure. OR the citizens of Los Angeles could pay to put more cops on the street, but apparently that’s not an option.
