The pompous “penis-pumper” who pounded the prohibited pornographic part on his peter while presiding proceedings, proposes his prosecution be pell-melled and pines for his personal pension payment though he’s in prison for prurient presentation in public. He was previously passed for parole and the probability at the next pass is puny.
Police say that the proud perp hasn’t promoted even partial penitency for his practices.
