I too got and have been getting the annoying phone call. So, I pressed 1 so I could speak with an agent to get more information. The phone rang about 6 or 7 times before some woman who was clearly annoyed answered the phone "Customer Service ". I said, yes I got a call from your company and the auto-attendant said to press 1 to speak with someone to get more information. The woman paused for quite some time and rudely said, "We don't do home loans this time of the day." and hung up on me. It was 3:30pm Eastern Time. If you guys want a funny solution to this problem. P.S. I have been getting heaps of junk text mail on my T-mobile blackberry over the last three weeks - no other calls........ yet. I have had my cell number on T-mobile for about 18 months with very very little junk until now!
