Kanye West: Losing at MTV Europe Music Awards
Upset that he didn’t win the best video at the MTV Europe Music Awards, rapper (and Katrina relief expert) Kanye West crashed the stage and cussed through a mindless tirade stating he deserved the award for his video “Touch the Sky”:
“F*ck dis! (My video) cost a million dollars, Pamela Anderson was in it, I was jumping across canyons and sh*t! If I don’t win, the awards show loses credibility. Nothing against you (J&S), but hell man.”
He further said that “If I don’t win, the award show loses credibility.”
Showing that Kanye wasn’t just acting on impulse but that he actually thinks and acts this way, the undeniable egomaniac continued the tirade at the press conference.
“I haven’t seen (the Justice and Simian video). Possibly it could have been quite good but no way better than ‘Touch The Sky’.
“That is complete bullsh*t, I paid a million. Obviously it’s not all about the money, but the response it got transcended everything, it really made great TV.
“It took a month to film; I stood on a mountain; I flew a helicopter over Vegas. I did it to be the king of all videos and I wanted to walk home with that award.”
“That was some spread the love bullshit, ‘Oh everyone should have an award’. Please press people print ‘Kanye says f*ck that!‘
Someone wake me up with this egomaniac’s 15 minutes are up. Maybe the media will think twice before quoting him as a disaster relief expert next time and focus on real experts such as Celine Dion.

How many awards has this guy won, and he has to make a hissy fit over this? Sucks for the real winners, whoever they are!
