Utah Follies: Is it art or is it just the finger?
The basic story here is that a guy gets pissed off at his neighbors for various slights and thus puts up this “abstract art” (he calls it a picture of a cactus). He demands an apology from his neighbors, gets it, and thus takes down the “art”.
