A copy of the court resolution will be available for purchase tomorrow (Friday). On another note, a recent blog which Frisch had opened to slime a member of the Sacramento Fire Department (http://psychosactohoser.blogspot.com) vanished at around 5:15 Pacific Time, Wednesday. We speculate that Frisch may have been "influenced" to take down the blog during her day in court. (One member of Squeaky Wheel.com, who had written Blogger about the site, was told that *they* wouldn't remove the site--its defamatory content, notwithstanding. Hence our hypothesis that Deb did so, perhaps under legal duress.) While I, myself, have no "inside track" to the Jeff Goldstein case, the word I hear from those who *do* suggests that the Civil Case is slated to begin in November. Hi~
