Michael J. Fitzgibbon and Shawn Daily

Michigan mom, Shawn Daily, was worried that she would lose her 37-year old boyfriend (Michael J. Fitzgibbon) while she was recuperating from “tummy tuck” surgery so she arranged for her 15-year-old daughter to have sex with him. (In fact, the girl was just 14 when this agreement was made and turned 15 during the period of abuse).

By “agreement” we mean that the tree actually signed a contract “specifying the sexual services the girl would perform and the compensation she would receive, including clothing and body piercings.” By having sex with Fitzgibbon the girl was also allowed to have “visits” from her boyfriend.

Fitzgibbon and the girl reportedly had sex about 20 times over two months. The girl stated that she wore a “sleeping” mask when they had sex.

This story is so wrong on so many different levels that it almost isn’t even worth trying to list them. In fact it gets worse.

Police say that the girl was not the only one being abused by Fitzgibbon. Fitzgibbon was also said to be having sex with his own 12-year old daughter who came forward after Fitzgibbon was arrested. In the case of his daughter, Fitzgibbon is alleged to have given his daughter cigarettes for having sex with him. For this abuse alone, Fitzgibbon faces a life sentence.

The mom is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person 13-15 years old–a 15-year felony. Besides the 15 year old, Dailey also has a son and another daughter. All the children have been removed from the home.

This entire matter is so disturbing that I’m having trouble even relating to it. I don’t even think that parents should let their kids smoke and here you have a man that gives cigarettes to his pre-teen daughter so that he abuse her. And this is the guy that the mom is so worried about losing while she has her tummy stapled that she pimps her own underage daughter?

What an amazing couple they made and to think that they found each other.
