YouTube is a fairly established service in which user can upload video to display and share with other users, but there have recently been questions about it’s long commercial viability. A potential amswer to that problem and proving once again that porn will always be a technology driver we now have PornoTube(NSFW)

Although the layout is primitive at the moment, I see great potential here for delivery of subscription porn. A free site can be used as the hook to drag customers in and the pay site can offer premium content. YouTubes, and I presume PornoTube will be using a similar one, delivery system is relatively speedy and of fairly high quality, and you don’t have to worry about the signifigant other stumbling across that folder you stashed in the \windows\system32 folder. (Hint: a folder named hot steamy porn action always draws attention.)
