The latest rage around Charleston is Ford Crown Victoris or Chevy Caprices with really skinney tires and huge (21 inch) wheels. A set of those wheels are about $2000.00. Since Crown Vics and Caprices were mainly used as taxis and police cars the formula is upside down. A $200.00 car on $2000.00 wheels. Some of the paint jobs are fantastic, really fantastic and a lot of them are spray can paint. If those guys can do a paint job like that with spray cans, just imagine the money the could make with the right equipment.
