		<description>I have a friend who is a subcontractor to the primary contractor making the armor for field retrofits of armor to Humvees, Buffalos and other wheeled vehicles. When he was given the specifications for the armor plate, he told the primary contractor he was crazy to add that much weight above the center of gravity of the vehicle and recommended a different metal, lighter and almost as penetration resistant.
I guess there are times when a little openness to suggestions is worthwhile.

As to the ring tones. They don&#039;t bother me as much as the fact that students are allowed to even have cell phones in class. That is why schools have lockers; to put personal property in. I can see why parents give their kids cell phones but come on- class rooms are not the place for phone conversations. Where the hell is the school administration and why are they allowing it?
