Microsoft’s X-Box Hotties

Bringing new meaning to “non-PC” gaming!

It’s hard to be politically correct while appealing to video gamers who are predominantly young adult males. Just ask Microsoft. It wants to support a female gaming team and even goes so far as to claim in the literature that they are sponsoring a diverse group of hard-core gamers:

The PMS Clan is the first, largest, and most competitive all-female Xbox LiveĀ® Clan. PMS stands for Pandora’s Mighty Soldiers. Are you scared yet? You should be. These ladies are a force to be reckoned with. They focus on the first-person shooter (FPS) genre, so these girls can be found in any game that has a gun!

PMS is a diverse population of women gamers from all over the world, playing multiple platforms. They are hard-core gamers, sisters, mothers, wives, and daughters. They vary in age, ethnicity, and social backgrounds. Only one common factor can be found among them and that is their addiction to gaming!

However looking at the picture above it is clear that the primary attribute for being on the PMS Clan is being a hottie. Furthermore, I don’t see any “mothers or wives” pictured. Below is the graphic being used to promote the group, once again not really evoking a mental image of mothers or wives.
