It appears that the law firm was used as part of an overall strategy to bring lawsuits to use our legal system to further a political agenda. That the proceeds from this were plowed back into the campaigns of politicians that are friendly to that agenda would be no surprise. I would want to have a look at Bushnell, Caplan, & Fielding along with Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein to see if they were also engaged in the same shenanigans.
