It’s the type of problem most men/women would die for but be careful what you wish for according women with it. It’s called PSAS (Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome) and means that you are always feeling aroused. In fact the slightest vibration (getting in a car or on a bus) can send you off. Now some people have another name for the state of constant arousal–adolescence–but the suffering by people like Jean Lund is very real.

She asks failing to note that 99% of people will think that’s a trick question.

According to Wikipedia, orgasm can sometimes provide temporary relief which explains why millions of teenage boys want to join the fight against this terrible affliction.

However in reality there is no known cure and the joking probably doesn’t help.
