First this sounds like the episode of the Simpsons where Homer meets the "World's Hardest Working Man", Ed Grimes (Grimey to his friends). Second, and more seriously, why is the lack of DNA evidence considered exonerating in this case and not in the current Duke University rape case? (And no this is not an opinion on the actula guilt or evidence of the Duke lacrosse players, just a musing) I have two thoughts on this.
