Did Isaac Hayes Really Quit South Park?
Fox News’ Roger Friedman reports that his sources doubt Isaac Hayes quit South Park or would suddenly turn against the show because they were poking fun at Scientology. This leads to speculation that it was one of Hayes’ Scientology handlers that made the move on his behalf.
Friends in Memphis tell me that Hayes did not issue any statements on his own about South Park. They are mystified.
The South Park episode, which not many would have cared one way or another if it had simply had aired on schedule, can be viewed here.
