If getting sued for nonpayment of rent weren’t bad enough for a one-time superstar then how about pictures of your crack den bathroom (complete with empty beer bottles, pipes, rolling papers, and powder-covered spoons) running in a national tabloid? However for Houston it gets worse, much worse.
Her sister-in-law Tina Brown sold her sister out […]

Despite the benefits to consumers and economies in general there is a dark side to globalization. As borders between countries blur, these guys will be free to come visit:
By the way, Independent Sources is not sure what these two gentlemen are up to, but we’re pretty sure it’s not good. The “S” and “N” could […]

The heartwarming story of the family who were lost and snowbound in their motorhome for seventeen days has a surprise ending: the parents have been arrested on drug charges. Elbert and Becky Higgenbotham had promised to cooperate with Arizona police after they were found with meth and a shotgun — but then they disappeared. Navajo […]

“The idea of being a mother is proving to be irresistible for Jessica Simpson. Reps for the soon-to-be divorcée confirmed that the 25-year-old has babies on the brain and is both looking into the adoption process and mulling plans to fund her own orphanage.” - E!
Her own orphanage! Top that, Angelina Jolie!

I’m writing this as a follow-up to the posting “Charlie Sheen Says 9/11 is a Fraud so it Must Be.” I thought that post would get 3 or 4 comments and that would be it. I’d go back to writing about things like Melissa Theuriau and making fun of France. However the post got over […]

Also to the commenter who took us to task for calling Britney ‘hot’ in a previous post, you are sooooo correct. Sorry. […]

The Jammy, a frequent commenter to Independent Sources, is reporting that Barry “Bond’s lawyers plan to use California’s Unfair Competition Law, Business and Professions Code section 17200, to prevent authors Mark Fainaru-Wada and Lance Williams and their publishers from profiting from the book.” (Update: the suit has since been rejected.)
It is hardly news when a […]
