The Bork-O-Matic Revisited
The opening of Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Samuel Alito reminds us that it’s time to check the predictive power of the Bork-o-matic — the secret flow chart that might have found in a trash bin outside Senator Barbara Boxer’s office … or not.

It looks like we’re now in the “Will nominee answer your litmus test questions?” phase. Print the chart out and track the nomination’s progress at home!
Is there still time for a Boxer publicity stunt? If we know our least favorite Senator at all, the answer is — no time is the wrong time if there are cameras nearby!
