How About Gay Cowboy … Wizards?
“The controversial cowboy movie (Brokeback Mountain), which is rated R in part for its sexuality, also is hitting theaters at a time when filmmakers and studio executives are worried they are losing touch with audiences, as reflected by a yearlong box-office slump.” - Los Angeles Times, Can ‘Brokeback Mountain’ move the Heartland?
“‘Heterosexuals Attracted to Members of the Opposite Sex‘–for those cultural critics wondering what a commerical disappointment for this much-heralded movie will Tell Us About America Today, there’s your headline.” - Mickey Kaus
Can someone send us the marketing research that says that what the country is waiting for is a gay cowboy tragedy? Without Nathan Lane?
