When the most liberal criminal courts in the country refuse all appeals for over a quarter century, it’s pretty clear that you are guilty. Tip to future children’s books writers who start out as killers…It’s a bad idea to brag about the sounds your victims make when dying. Doesn’t play well in the court of public opinion.

Some thug named Stan Williams killed four people. But “Stan Williams” is kinda bland, so you latch on to the “Tookie” part and suddenly he’s like a puppy and Mike Farrell is crying over him, just like he cried in that MASH episode when Col. Potter’s horse died.
