Jennifer Aniston’s Breasts Loom Large in Legal Fight
As Defamer so aptly put it: Jennifer Aniston’s Rack Strictly Off Limits
According to Defamer, the Smoking Gun obtained a letter sent by Jennifer Aniston’s lawyers to a number of publications a subject line: “Jennifer Aniston/Invasion of Privacy.” At issue are topless photographs of Jennifer sunbathing at her home.
And what does the photographer have to say in his defense?
“I’m a photojournalist, I’m not a ’skin flick’ person. But she happened to show up in my lens. What am I supposed to do?”
Yeah that happens to us all of the time. We are out minding our own business with our telephoto lense then one of the most sought-after hotties in the entertainment industry shows up topless. Indeed, what is one supposed to do?
“She exposed herself to everybody in the neighborhood,” he said.
Well, everyone with a telephoto lens that is.
Independent Sources was unable to secure copies of the photos in question to judge the merits of the case but we did come across images that were from an earlier similar incident with Ms. Aniston.
By the time you read this the photographer in question will have legal representation who will no doubt be stressing the importance of limiting his responses to “no comment.”
