GPS Tracks Sex Offender to Elementary School
In a move that is sure to bring howls of unconstitutionality from the ACLU and applause from parents:
A global positioning system used to monitor high-risk sex offenders resulted in the arrest of a parolee in Anaheim who had been in the parking lot of an elementary school, a doll shop and an amusement park for children, officials said Thursday.
Arrested: Robert Dobucki, 43 (Anahiem)

Right now he is sitting in a cell in Chino. However if he gets out and since he appears to be on the prowl then parents may appreciate a map of where he lives. Note the proximity to elementary schools and jr. high schools to where he has been living.
If you are a parent, you owe it to yourself and your kids to visit the Megan’s Law website if nothing else than to give you peace of mind that the creepy guy next door who leers at your family is not a convicted sex offender.
