Double-Slaying Suspect David Ludwig “a really good guy”
Double murder and kidnapping suspect, David Ludwig, is “a really good guy” according to friends.
When not kidnapping 14-year old girls or shooting their parents…”He was friendly and joked around.” Said one friend, “I considered him to be a good Christian — he brought his Bible and read it during breaks.”
Hopefully a jury will get to hear some good things about David as well and not just focus on the negative stuff like the kidnapping and shootings. It’s not as if he was an unfriendly double killer.

As a mother of three daughters, I cannot believe that someone would even care about the good points of a murderer. As far as I am concerned, He should get lethal injection as soon as possible. Has our country forgotten about the real victims here. The other children of this family now have no parents to raise them or to grow up with. These parents were doing nothing more than trying to protect their daughter from somebody they deemed too old for her. And they had that right to do so. Shame on whoever wrote this article.

The posting was satirical and highlighted that no matter how bad the crime the media can always find someone to say that the killer “was a nice guy”. Look at our coverage of Holly Ashcraft, killed one or two newborns and what do people say? “I can’t beleive it, she is such a loving person, blah, blah, blah.” You can also search our site for “Scott Peterson” and look at the battles we’ve gotten with the loonies defending that creep too.

We’ll be doing another story on Ludwig and I think you’ll see our position. One question that I believe is hanging in the air is whether or not the 14-year old girl is a victim or an accomplice. I’ve read her blog and believe it raises questions.

I have been reading a lot about this case and am so glad it is not I who woll decide what happens to David or Kara for that matter if proven she had a part. This situation is sad for all involved parties.
His live is over, in a few moments he made a decision to cause death to two human beings. At the same time he was chaninging lives of so many others however apparently he did not take amoment to think about that.
Recently I read that when one decides to kill or even commit suicide the decision to act is made in a split second. If only they would have thought for a minute longer a different decision could be made.

I’m Kara’s cousin, and am very sad to see this article. This was my mom’s twin sister who was murdered, she lost a soulmate….her best friend. Let’s not forget there is many victims involved.

Given your loss I can see why you missed the sarcasm in the post. “When not kidnapping 14-year old girls or shooting their parents…’He was friendly…’” is clearly making fun of regardless how much of a scumbag the perp is or how henious the crime, someone is always giving a quote about “what a great guy”.
Let’s be clear, David is a creep and given what he did, definitely not a nice guy. Our thoughts are always with the victims and their loved ones.
