CBS2 only 82 days late on Scott Peterson Wristband story

On October 26th, CBS2, the Los Angeles affiliate of CBS News aired the exact same story (without our wit mind you). And what did then learn in the 82 days since we reported the story..sadly nothing. Say what you want about the mainstream media but I admire their ability to finally get around to a story.
I didn’t have a chance to watch the whole broadcast but I think they might have also reported that Los Angeles now has a Latino mayor, there is an alligator in a local park, and the Dodgers are optimistic about the upcoming 2004/5 season.

? The group anony-blog Independent Sources critiques the way Paul Magers is promoting the revamped CBS2 website. While they are it, they aren’t too happy with Channel 2’s late discovery of Scott Peterson wristbands.
