More Hurricane Katrina Debit Card Abuse
Syndicated radio talk show host Neal Boortz says FEMA debit cards were also used to pay for breast implants. While that particular assertion stands as unconfirmed at the moment, Independent Sources was not going to let a little thing like that interfere with our reporting and uplifting story.
Given our story about the economists that determined that female attractiveness was a factor in all sorts of monetary transactions perhaps the boob job was in fact a smart investment on the road to recovery? As we said in our title, it was just reconstruction.

Totally believable and sadly predictable. So many people ended up in positions to need this aid because they didn’t know how to hanle money and the Government threw it at them.
