The Federal Government: Ignoring Barbara Boxer Since 1992
Out of all these (seven) requests (from Senator Boxer’s office) for the federal government to do its job, during both the Clinton and Bush Administrations, the only thing that the FTC did was find evidence of “redlining.” But, even then, they did not do anything about it, saying it wasn’t illegal.

I’m not sure who is the most vacuous (sp) Boxer or Pelosi. Both are insipid, uninspiring and inconsequential. Boxer does a great injustice to the stereotype of the ‘valley girl”.
