Ironic Billboard Award Goes to Army Corps of Engineers

If the Army Corps of Engineers spent its budget on fixing things instead of inane billboards, we wouldn’t have this moment of immense irony.

The levee builders wanting to know if you can swim reminds me of the movie Airplane! when the stewardess says: “By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?”
