		<description>The housing market is like the bobsled ride at Disneyland.  At some point it's going to come to a sudden stop and you'll want to start over, but the line is so long that you get on It's a Small World instead, and you feel like a jackass once you realize the boat goes 1 MPH and that annoying song gets tatooed onto your brain.</description>
