Horray: Independent Sources Makes Its First OJ Posting

Ten years after one of the most incredible cases of mis-justice, Independent Sources is finally gets to make its very first OJ Simpson posting.

The Guardian (UK) reports:

A federal judge has ordered former football star O.J. Simpson to pay $25,000 in damages for pirating satellite television signals from DirecTV.

Despite the fact that police seized illegal devices in Simpson’s home which were connected to Simpson’s TV and were in operation at the time of the raid, Simpson through his attorney maintains his innocence. Why are we not surprised?

Insert your own punch line into this one but were sorry that the penalty doesn’t include at least some jail time.

Update: Says jcrue: “If it don’t click, you must acquit.”
