Fatwah Better Than Google For Driving Traffic
Get a credible death threat against you by a known Middle Eastern terror group and your web site traffic goes through the roof. That is what is happening with a Phoenix blogger who calls himself the Anarchangle. (Check out the site meter).
How has Mr. Anarchangle responded to the Fatwah against him which was relayed to him via the FBI? Well, if you go to the link above you can see a nice full color photo of the armament that he purports to sleep with. Here is his message to the terror group who wants to kill him:
If you attempt to do anything to me, to my friends, to anyone I care about; I WILL KILL YOU. I will not simply defend myself, I WILL kill you, and while you are dying I will piss on you.
What he should have added is for visitors (including stalking terrorists) to click on his site’s Google ads while they are there. Why bother getting a Fatwah if you can’t capitalize on the traffic it generates?
When I think of all of this time that we at Independent Sources have spent getting links and promoting the blog through normal channels, it’s hard not to think we should have gone another route to build readership. Can French people issue Fatwahs? How about the LA Times, can they? Come on, guys, stop holding out on us.

Aactually, I took the google ads DOWN because they were slowing my site load time with the traffic being generated.
