Southland Terror Suspects
The FBI is investigating two men arrested in Torrance “after a list of potential terrorist targets was found in one of their homes,” according to the Los Angeles Times. Both are recent converts to Islam.
Although Torrance police said their investigation was just beginning, several law enforcement officials said the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force was investigating the men for possibly planning a hate crime or other extremist action. The list found by investigators, according to one source, included a variety of public and private locations that would not logically be targeted by suspected robbers.
The two first came to the attention of police as suspects in a series of armed robberies. The Long Beach Press-Telegram and The Daily Breeze are also covering the story, but don’t have the information about the suspicious list.

Interesting Piece of News
I’m rather curious to see what is on that list. My gut tells me that these guys aren’t terrorists, but still, I prefer to leave no store unturned

FYI - Torrance gets a lot of false alarms. Big reason is the Del Amo Mall. Thousands get sucked into that maze of retail hell every day, and many are overheard muttering “they ought to blow this place up”.
