Harry Reid, Political Hack, Continued
Just two months ago Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid brought DC discourse to a new low when he called Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan “one of the biggest political hacks we have here in Washington” (see our March post “Harry Reid, political hack” for a look at just how dirty Reid is). Now he’s coarsened national politics again. Today he called President Bush “a loser” in the middle of a civics discussion with a group of Nevada high school students.
He’s damaging himself, his position, his party and his goals with his uncontrolled mouth. Where exactly is this supposed to work to his advantage?
